Fustic lies in a green oasis set in the rolling pastures and fields of sugar cane which soar above the fishing villages and sandy beaches of the St Lucy coast. We recast the 4-hectare garden, forming a range of new features, including a duck pond, palm forest, hanging wood, and fruit lawn.
