The Hurlingham Club

The Hurlingham Club is a remarkable and unusual property – a large private country estate in the midst of town. It’s agreeably removed from the noise and hurry of the workaday world; is animated and enlivened by a long river frontage and picturesque prospects; has a wide range of distinctive habitats; possesses wonderful natural and historic assets; and is managed by a dedicated team of estate gardeners. The Club is taking a comprehensive view of how they intend to develop and improve their estate in light of future demands by their membership, and with a view to enhancing biodiversity and tackling the potential impacts of climate change. We have been appointed to collaborate with the Club at this exciting stage of its long history to safeguard its charms and its delightful idiosyncrasies, and to protect and enhance the attributes that make it so special.
